You’re almost there, we just need to let you know about our rates. There is a small call out fee during business hours to get a fully qualified and licensed technician to come to your home or business.
What's it going to cost?
To get to your site and do our first 30 minutes of work, our call out fee is:
- $170 plus gst for Darwin to Howard Springs
- $200 plus gst for Darwin to Humpty Doo / Bees Creek
If you’re out further than Humpty Doo, we’ll quote you separately.
Then, if your job is going to take longer than 30 minutes:
Our on site rate is $35 plus gst, every 15 minutes.
Our technician will arrive in the agreed time frame with a vehicle stocked to perform the most common work and repairs we see.

PS Just before you hit SUBMIT please let us know in the Job Description field if you’ll be paying card or cash (we need to make sure we have the right change).
