The Installation
We come to your Darwin, Palmerston, or other Top End property, meet you or your representative, and install the Duntech roller door motor matched to your door. Your motor is stress-tested before going to market. You are getting a system that has already proven itself in conditions like the Top End’s.
Your kit includes two remotes as standard. If you need extra remotes at time of installation, you get special pricing, given we will already be on site.
The Lifetime Parts Warranty
One condition. You have your motor serviced by Dunwrights every 12 months.
Do that, and your parts are covered for the life of the motor for as long as original purchaser lives at the property. Labour is charged at standard rates as per terms and conditions. Your annual service call is $199 including GST, collected in advance at the start of each anniversary year with your appointment booked ahead of time.
Your service rate is locked in at the price set at time of installation. If that ever changes, you will be advised 12 months before it takes effect.

What Your Annual Service Covers
This is not a tick-and-flick visit.
Each year, you get a full service and diagnostic on your motor and door. We check balance, operating force, and safety reverse function. We send you a written report covering motor condition, door condition, and any issues found.
Where possible, your service includes a complimentary smoke alarm compliance check at no extra charge. If you have air conditioning servicing or other electrical work due at the same time, book it together. One callout. One invoice. Less time coordinating contractors.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Your remotes carry a one-year warranty. Gifted or complimentary items are not covered under the lifetime parts warranty.
Your warranty is non-transferable and applies to you as the original client only.
If another contractor or non-Dunwrights technician works on your system, your extended warranty may be voided. External influences outside normal operating conditions are not covered.

A Note for Property Managers
This deal works especially hard for your Darwin and Palmerston rental properties.
Where possible, every annual service includes a complimentary smoke alarm compliance check for your records. Under NT legislation, smoke alarms at rental premises must be tested within 30 days of a lease change. We handle it on the same visit, at no extra charge.
Your service report documents motor condition, door condition, and any damage found between tenancies. Everything your agency needs, without a separate contractor, a separate callout, or a separate invoice.
If air conditioning servicing or general electrical work is also due at the property, book it at the same time. One visit covers it all.
