What does a service call cost?
Our call out fee covers travel to your site and the first 30 minutes of work by a fully qualified, licensed technician not including materials.
Darwin to Palmerston: $199 including GST
Rural area to Humpty Doo: $220 including GST
After that first 30 minutes, we charge $37.50 plus GST for each 15 minutes of labour. And, please remember, the call out fee does not include parts or materials.
For properties beyond Humpty Doo, a travel charge based on Google maps listed time will apply to cover fuel and time on the road.
How payment works
Payment is required at the end of each appointment. Your technician collects payment on the day.
If parts need to be ordered to complete your repair, we will advise you verbally or provide a written quote before any further costs are incurred. No surprises.
